AT-PL120 Turntable

The Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable is a direct drive, professional turntable. This high-torque device is made for DJs and music lovers alike. An internal stereo phono preamplifier allows you to connect the device into an any line-level input, including your personal computer. Additionally, the player’s output and outboard allows a high-quality preamplifier that gives the user a better sound than other, more basic devices.

The Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable has a DC servo motor that maintains accurate rotational speed at both 33-1/3 45 and 78 RPM, which is run by a highly accurate pitch lock which is quartz-controlled, giving older records a much newer and more controlled sound.

The Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable has a S-shaped tone arm assembly that comes with an antiskate adjustment, an adjustable counterweight, a height adjustment and lock, a tone arm lift with a lift lever and hydraulic action and a rest for the tone-arm that keeps it safe when being taken from place to place.

The Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable allows variations ranging from either +/-10 percent or +/-20 percent. Visual assistance is given with the pop-up stylus light and stroboscopic platter speed indicator. The user is also given forward and reverse play options that allow for extra creativity.

Included with the Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable comes a slip mat, a record platter made from aluminum and a cartridge and model ATP-2 headshell and that will plug right into the turntables’ arm. Also included are antivibrational feet which are adjustable and will keep the platter level, no matter where the turntable rests.
The Audio-Technica AT-PL120 Turntable also includes an adabpter which will allow the playing of 35 RPM records and a storage receptacle for both the adapter and any replacement headshells, which are sold separately. A start/stop button with remote start/stop input will allow the user to use the player with other, more sophisticated DJ tools.
